USA DELIVERY
Standard Shipping & Handling
We use the U.S. Postal Service to ship most orders. Please allow 7 - 10 business days from placing your order for delivery of in-stock merchandise. Standard shipping and handling fees are shown below, and are listed for EACH address. These charges go toward the costs of processing your order, warehouse operations, shipping materials and postage required for the timely delivery of your order. Please supply a street address. PO, APO and FPO addresses contact us. For quicker delivery, use our affordable Rush Service or Overnight Express Delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
Our normal method of shipping is by surface parcel post. Due to greater distance, please add $4.95, and allow extra time for delivery. (Alaska normally takes 14 - 21 business days and Hawaii normally takes 11 - 15 business days.) Rush delivery is not available to the states of Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories.
Rush Service
For in-stock merchandise ordered by 12 Noon Central Time on the Internet, add $4.95 to Standard Shipping & Handling Fees. Eastern and Central Time Zones: Allow 3 - 5 days for delivery. Mountain and Pacific TIme Zones: Allow 5 - 6 days for delivery. Add one day for holidays. Please supply a street address for delivery. PO, APO, FPO addresses contact us. Rush delivery is not available to the states of Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories.
Overnight Express
For in-stock merchandise ordered by 12 Noon Central Time on the Internet, add $27.95 to Shipping & Handling amounts per the above for Overnight Express delivery. Add one day for holidays. Overnight Express delivery orders received on Saturday will be delivered on the following Monday. Please supply a street address for delivery. PO, APO, FPO addresses contact us.
DELIVERY CANADA
Please supply a physical street address for delivery. For each delivery address you will be charged $12.95 in addition to Standard Shipping & Handling charges and Rush Service and Overnight Express service charges if applicable. All prices are in U.S. dollars and payable in U.S. funds only. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.
DELIVERY INTERNATIONAL
We ship via Air Parcel Post from the U.S. Postal Service. Please contact us via telephone at (847) 615-8161 or email at service@fundamentallykids.com for international rates. Your shipping charges shown on the cart checkout will be adjusted to the actual international rate (plus $4.95 processing) per our email back to you. All prices are in U.S. dollars and payable in U.S. funds only. Duties and taxes are the customer’s
responsibility.
GIFT WRAPPING
We will gift wrap your selected item(s) for just $4.95 PER ITEM. Your item(s) will be wrapped in quality wrapping paper and topped off with a press-apply bow.
OUR GUARANTEE
We stand behind our products. If you have received items that you are not satisfied with, please call Customer Service at (847) 615-8161 to initiate an exchange or refund. If you prefer, you may email us at service@fundamentallykids.com. Requests must be made within 30 days of the product shipment date. Customer Service must authorize returns and refunds in advance. A Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") issued by Customer Service (typically via email) is required for all returns. Refunds are for the price paid for merchandise only (plus any sales tax paid). Shipping & handling fees and gift wrapping fees will not be refunded. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card account inititally used to pay for the order.
When you receive your order, always keep the paperwork that is included with it in case you wish to return or exchange and item. Also, save any emails you receive about your order, as they may provide important information.
If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If shipping damage is discovered after delivery has been completed/accepted, please call the shipper immediately. If you receive damaged merchandise, please save all packageing material and paperwork -- do not throw anything away. If you attempt to return the merchandise to us yourself, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim and you may not receive credit for the return.
Limits of Responsibility - We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss incurred during use of product.
